The label Scribner can refer to materially different tables, Decimal C presentations, regional adaptations and rounding conventions. Use the table or official scaling instruction named by the contract or local authority. Record its edition and unit convention. Do not substitute Doyle or International ¼-inch merely because those tools are available, and do not infer a Scribner value from a visual comparison chart.
Release criteria
